We will for sure return, our stay was top notch!

Arrived early on a rainy Tuesday, had made an booking for an junior suite with access to the Level lounge.
Our suit wasn't ready at the moment but we where given early access to the lounge with was much appreciated. After lunch we had access to suit 818. And was impressed with the layout, the cleanliness and the view from the huge balcony facing the river Spree and the bustling city.
The service was topnotch, not only did the cleaning ladies keep our room clean and filled. They also hade an evening routine to turn down the lights, they put on some soft music, pull the curtains to leave the street lights out. Made the cosy bed ready for some rest, left an small Lindt chocolate on the pillow and some nice slippers on an linen towel next to the bed.
The service in the lounge was also really good, at evenings they also had an open bar and some buffet with some food and so on.
The breakfast in the lounge was also great and much appreciated. An small buffet with almost all you can ask for and also an ala carte menu with different style of eggs, waffles, pancakes and so on.
The hotel is situated in an really nice are of Berlin, close to everything!
We will return and hopefully we get the same suite next time!

Well located hotel

Easy to find from nearby train station, 5 minute walk. Arrived at check in time, so straight to room. Upgraded to river view and breakfast. We had room on 5th floor, but road below was quite noisy even during the night, with lorry’s and sirens from emergency vehicles. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices, even make omelettes on request. Lots of seating even at busy times. Plenty of restaurants nearby, didn’t use tapas in hotel. But did have drinks in there each night (with vouchers given at reception on check in for not having room cleaned each day) which was nice touch.
Plenty of sightseeing close by, reichstag building 10 minute walk away and museum island about 15 minutes.
Couldn’t get air in cold, so left window open most of the time. Even when it started snowing!

Great location, modern rooms & good service.

We had a good 4-day stay in Meliá Berlin. The room was spacious and really clean with daily maid service. Location is perfect with the hotel being a 4-minute walk from Friedrichstraße station and across the River Spree. It is within a 10-minute stroll to all the major tourist attractions. There are lots of restaurants and bars in the area too.
The staff were professional and friendly during the check in and check out as well as always ready to help. A good affordable choice depending on 2hich season you're going. We went during Christmas where everything was expensive.
