Our flight was delayed by four hours, and we received check-in instructions on very short notice, as our new arrival time was after midnight. Excellent customer service.

Very hot with no AC, some rooms included small electric fans but mine didn’t. Not a big problem, as the place was overwhelmed with demand since many flights from Munich were grounded.
