Extraordinarily different

I enjoyed my stay at this accommodation as it has a very clean environment with attractive settings at the reception. I have access to the kitchen most especially the free beverage drink and it is a cool place to stay.
If you are looking for a place to stay either you are on work or on vacation, kindly stay at this place and I can assure you that you will enjoy your stay

Low Quality

Check-in was scheduled to open at 4:00 p.m., yet guests were left waiting outside in the rain and cold for over 30 minutes until staff returned to the desk.
The bedding had questionable stains, and the coffee maker was broken. Despite these issues, there was not even a mention of a refund or compensation—everything was handled as if this were normal.
This is not how paying customers should be treated.

Nice rooms but a little more cleanliness would be desirable

In itself, the hostel is really nice. Everything went great with the reservation and also with our room request everything worked out. Unfortunately, however, I must say that the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The beds you make yourself, which is no problem, however, the blankets and pillows were stained, the covers as well. The mattresses weren't the smash anymore either. In the bathroom, the drain in the shower was really dirty and dirty, so the water barely ran off. Otherwise it was really ok and everyone was very nice on site.
