Beautiful, quiet hotel with a spa in a central location.

Older hotel completely renovated, about 700 m from Wilhelmshöhe train station on Wilhelmshöher Allee. Quiet, private parking, nice breakfast room
with the best service and menu offerings in the gourmet restaurant, friendly staff, large beautiful pool

Hotel OK but reception underground behavior.

Hotel is so far OK and clean, but the staff or the gentleman at reception so unfriendly and uncooperative that you don't feel welcome. Already at check-in this was the case and when we wanted to go to the sauna today at 20:30 (open according to the sign until 21:00) he informed us annoyed that he would not turn it on for us now. OK thanks for talking to me. Hotel itself would be OK, but not with such unsuitable staff.

Good for a Group

We had my aunt's funeral luncheon here. The waitstaff was very accommodating and the food was excellent. We had a small room to ourselves.

Impressive! And pure relaxation!

Best service and cleanliness is amazingly good.
A tasteful hotel!
From the terrace to the room it is very clean and nice. Staff are highly professional and friendly. We spent 2 nights here for the time being and are here for another 1 night afterwards. Less than 10 minutes they needed to fix the room with an extra bed.
