By a happy coincidence, we discovered the INNSIDE MELIĀ in Leipzig and were thrilled from the very beginning.
Our stay around our wedding anniversary went perfectly.
Wonderful, quiet room with a balcony facing the side street, first-class service in all areas... hospitality is truly lived here!

Hey Doreen, schön, dass du dich nach deinem Besuch bei uns nochmal zurückmeldest!
Dass ihr euren besonderen Tag in unserem ruhigen Zimmer mit Balkon verbracht habt, erfüllt uns mit Stolz, schließlich sollen unsere durchdacht gestalteten Zimmer genau solche Momente perfekt machen.
Euer Lob für den erstklassigen Service ist Musik in unseren Ohren, denn Gastfreundschaft schreiben wir hier wirklich groß. Sogar der Balkon zur Seitenstraße scheint mitgefeiert zu haben, ohne euch mit Lärm zu stören!
Am schönsten finden wir jedoch, dass ihr bereits von „Wiederholungstätern“ sprecht, das ist das größte Kompliment, das wir uns vorstellen können!

Disappointing stay

I recently stayed in this hotel, and being completely honest it was beyond disappointing. We were initially charged extra for accessing our room early, even though the room was ready. The breakfast was extremely disappointing, mainly due to its lack of variety. The safe in our room was not working, and even after contacting reception about the problem, it was never resolved. Lastly, there was a consistent problem with the lifts. For the majority of my stay only one lift was operating properly, which, at times, left multiple people waiting for longer periods.

Central location, modern hotel – overall recommended.

We spent several nights at INNSiDE Leipzig and felt well taken care of. The staff in the lobby was very friendly and quick to respond.
The room on the first floor was modern and still quite new, with a large shower and high ceiling – due to its proximity to the restaurant, it was occasionally a bit louder.
The complimentary minibar is a nice extra. Thanks to Meliá Rewards, a late checkout was possible, which we greatly appreciated. The breakfast was good and varied.
The underground garage has few parking spaces, many of which are reserved. We just managed to find one, although at 30 € per day, it was quite expensive. The location is excellent, everything is easily accessible. Overall, a nice hotel with a good price-performance ratio.

Wir freuen uns, dass dir unsere zentrale Lage und das moderne Zimmer mit der großzügigen Dusche gefallen haben, perfekt, um Leipzigs Energie aufzusaugen!
Unser Team an der Rezeption gibt immer Gas, damit du dich rundum wohlfühlst. Dass die Geräusche vom Restaurant manchmal stören, tut uns leid. In unseren ruhigeren Zimmern zur Hofseite oder höheren Etagen kannst du dem Trubel leicht entfliehen.
Die kostenlose Minibar soll genau solche Momente versüßen, kein Durst, nur Genuss! Die Parkplatzsituation in der Innenstadt ist tatsächlich herausfordernd, aber wir arbeiten an smarten Lösungen für unsere Gäste.
Hoffentlich besuchst du uns auch in der Zukunft wieder. Wir freuen uns schon auf dich!

Very modern and beautiful hotel in a perfect location right in the middle of Leipzig. The rooms are clean and comfortable

I had a really great stay at INNSiDE by Meliá Leipzig. The location right in the center is perfect – many attractions, restaurants, and the downtown area are easily reachable on foot. I was particularly impressed by the modern and stylish design of the hotel. The rooms were clean, quiet, and very comfortably furnished.
The staff was consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful. The breakfast was also varied and of very good quality. A real highlight is the bar or rooftop terrace with a beautiful view over Leipzig.
Overall, a modern hotel with a pleasant atmosphere, excellent service, and an ideal location. I would come back anytime and can absolutely recommend the hotel.

Dein Lob zur perfekten Zentrumslage freut uns riesig, Bach hätte sich sicher auch gefreut, dass du von hier aus so leicht zu seinen Wirkungsstätten spazieren konntest.
Dass dir unsere durchdachte Raumgestaltung und die stilvolle Modernität gefielen, bestätigt uns in unserem Konzept: Wir lieben es, Alltagskomfort mit Design zu verbinden.
Besonders stolz macht uns deine Erwähnung der Bar Cabana, dieser Panoramablick über Leipzigs Dächer ist tatsächlich fast so beeindruckend wie die Kompositionen des Thomaskantors!

Modern, central

Exceptional rooftop bar, great room – even if I’m not a fan of these “in-room showers”, it was well solved. Perfect location in the city, low cost public car park nearby (10 euros/day). The only bad experience was the “noise miss” at the first breakfast, when the trolleys came to clear the buffet at exactly 10:30am without notice and the vacuum cleaner came directly. But this seemed to be an exception (the other three times it was better organized). Overall great hotel!

Vielen Dank für deinen Aufenthalt auf unserem Campingplatz und deine Rückmeldung dazu!
Es freut uns riesig, dass dir unsere Dachterrassen-Bar als außergewöhnlicher Ort gefallen hat, dort oben fühlt man sich wirklich den Leipziger Kirchtürmen zum Greifen nah.
Dass unser Zimmerdesign mit den praktischen Duschen trotz anfänglicher Skepsis überzeugen konnte, ist das beste Kompliment für unsere durchdachten Raumkonzepte.
Dein Lob zur zentralen Lage und den nahen Parkmöglichkeiten zeigt, wie gut unsere Gäste die City erkunden können, ohne lange Wege zu haben.
Beim Frühstücksende am ersten Tag hätten wir natürlich mehr Feingefühl zeigen müssen, normalerweise achten wir genau darauf, dass der Übergang zwischen Buffet und Aufräumen sanfter verläuft.
Umso schöner, dass die folgenden Tage reibungslos liefen und der Gesamteindruck positiv blieb!
Hoffentlich können wir dich auch in der Zukunft wieder bei uns begrüßen.
