Would stay here again!
Excellent location. Pick up point for most tours. City sightseeing buses start from here. Public transport is right in front. Railway station, shops, restaurants all nearby. Comfy rooms. Very clean. Check in and check out was unique for me. No human contact! Computer does the work but incase of a problem, a button helps to contact the staff. No breakfast but at 7 am a selection of croissant etc is kept for the guests to take. Rooms have coffee maker so that's a big plus for me.
Noise level..as my room was facing the road, it is expected and I had no problem with it.

Overall, my family and I had a great stay at Hotel Buddy and I would recommend it. The location is amazing, the room was clean, awesome air condition, great blackout curtains, and prices were very affordable.
Things we didn’t love: the reception was closed when we arrived, and we thought everything was self service. We parked our car, and we were totally confused on the process to get out of the garage. The shower is open to the hallway, so a little bit difficult when traveling with multiple people (but we figured it out).
Again, overall we would recommend staying here.

Hotel located between Karlplatz and Marienplatz which is the tourist hub.
Grayline excursion and Hop and Hop off buses you can catch right in front of the hotel.
The room was clean, AC worked, no fridge in the room.
During nights lots of homeless people hang front of the building, it was noizy.
Hotel itself is very different from ordinary hotels I used to stay in Canada or USA. In the same building, 6 stories, doctors office, physio and hotel rooms. I was not even sure if it was the right place initially.
It was confusing how to get inside of the building because the front door is always locked and i needed the fob to get in. The self check in machine located inside on main floor. I was lucky that some guests were exiting and I could get inside. The self check in machine located in the main hallway and on 2 floor, the machine was freezing and I had to call many times the guy to help me.
In conclusion, I would stay in a different hotel next time.

The hotel was amazing after we figured out how to check in! We had another guest help us. The dark shades were awesome for sleeping and we loved how you could open the windows to get fresh air. The room was beautifully spaced out.

At first I was doubtful about the fact that this was a hotel without a reception (everything is done online or at the hotel check-in terminal in 5 minutes) but during the stay I completely had to change my mind
The experience went very well: I was assigned a double room even though I had paid for a single standard room at a truly competitive price
Upon arrival, the locker to store suitcases before check-in was not working, so I was allowed to check in early without paying anything in advance. I also asked for an extension of the stay with a small discount and it was applied without any problems. Cleaning is done upon request: it was enough to send an email to find the room clean a few hours later. If you are quick in the morning, you will find a small to-go breakfast right at the entrance, in addition to the fact that there is a small Nespresso machine in the room with everything you need to make yourself a coffee whenever you want
The only advice: bring a hair dryer from home, my room had one but the cord was too short and I had to dry my hair sitting on the floor
