Excellent location… just a two minute walk to the famous Hofbrauhaus and few more minutes beyond that to Marienplatz. Hotel is on a small, quiet side street. The hotel is clean and our room was great. The lobby and entry feels more like a 2-3 star. You use a regular door key and are asked to leave it at the front desk when you leave. But there is always someone at the front desk, so it’s not a hassle. The breakfast is somewhat small, but has all the basics, and the eating area looks recently upgraded and is very clean and nice. By general international hotel standards, this is a solid 3 star, definitely not 4. That’s not a negative, but worth calling out since the hotel has four stars on its website, which I felt was a bit misleading after our stay.

Clean and convenient for the center on foot
Adequately sized rooms, clean even if not brand new; clean bathroom. Excellent location near the heart of the city, winning value for money. The possibility of parking at the hotel is unbeatable. Mediocre breakfast, they can do better. Courteous and helpful staff.

Great stay and location
I was a little skeptical at the location and hotel at first sight. It turned out to be a great location. The room was small but comfortable. The bed was a bit hard for me but the pillows were great. AC was amazing in the room! The added bonus was the amazing breakfast every morning. It was a pleasant surprise. This turned out to be a great hotel for price, location, and daily breakfast!!
