The staff was very helpful and even allowed us to check in early because our room was ready and this was hugely appreciated. The Small fridge in the room was so helpful! Location was amazing.
The only limitation of our particular room was that there was no air-conditioning but it is fair given that we paid a very inexpensive price in the summer months. This also worked out quite fine in the end because it was not too hot, and they gave us a nice fan which made a big difference. I would go back especially since there are dedicated gluten-free restaurants nearby, Marienplatz and subway, are just five minute walk.

This is a good hotel in the old town of Munich. The room was clean, the staff was helpful, and the location was excellent. The hotel's train theme is quite charming. Will definitely recommend.

Nice location on a quiet street within walking distance of Marianplatz and lots of shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and good water pressure in the shower. The room was a little small but typical of European hotels. There was a carafe for boiling water and a few teabags included. Disappointed that no coffee was included. Had to pay for coffee from the front desk.

Rooms are very nice and clean. The room decoration, like a train cabin, is very nice.
The hotel location is very convenient for visiting the city center.
The hotel staff was very friendly and supportive. They helped me set up the app to pay for parking because it was available only in German. They also gave us a flexible check out.
I will stay there again when I come back
