nice, clean, great food

Was visiting friends in the area - it is the only hotel in the area. I had a nice room which was very clean - basic but all you need. Breakfast was much better than I would expect from a small hotel like that. Try the restaurant - great food. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

Comfortable Stay

Nice inexpensive hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was great. I cannot however recommend eating dinner at the hotel restaurant, tried several dishes there and most of them were very unappetising.

Everything great

I had to travel to Germany for business and had the pleasure to stay at hotel SonnePost. The rooms are nice and clean, staff very friendly and Engish was not a problem at all. They even had the menu in English at the restaurant. Food was awesome and delicious.

Excellent hotel with friendly service, decent restaurant

The hotel is right in the centre of this small town. You would not expect such an excellent hotel in such a small town but there it is. Staff was very friendly and professional.
The room was very nice with a nice bed, a large sofa, a desk and a large flat screen TV with many English channels, a first on many trips in Germany. There was also a small balcony with some chairs.
The bathroom was very clean with a tub.
Free Wi-Fi internet worked well but missed some speed to get good streaming media on the PC.
The restaurant serves decent food and has a large outside terrace. Inside is a nice bar too. There are also a number of large function rooms.
The breakfast buffet was excellent with a good choice of tasty food including scrambled egg with ham and “boil your own fresh egg”
