Our favorite stopover destination - is already like coming home

... countless reviews are already available from us - im have visited many places, but have never written so many reviews... we can no longer count our stays and that probably says more than 1000 words.
Ring wall - great - gondolas - great - dinner in restaurant very fine - hotel room modern and always very clean:-)
We have already booked the next stay and are looking forward to early June - dear Lisa and dear Martin :-)

Anytime a trip, a dinner, a trip just WORTH the time at the castle!

Everything is just right here - indescribably great scenery, over the beautiful Eichsfeld. The flair of the stately castle combined with the modern furnishings and courteous young, open-minded Service.

... always great - at our castle

... we are always happy to be here.... the visits are meanwhile countless. This time we had wild burgers for lunch - very fine and in the evening chateau. We have already booked the next stay. Best regards and see you soon - Lisa and Martin.:-)

Great hotel and restaurant

Martin and Lisa are wonderful hosts. They take care of the guests lovingly and attentively with their team. The hotel is very tastefully designed down to the last detail and well maintained. The food in the restaurant is excellent, the tranquility and views of course sensational. We would love to come back

Lovely staff, great service

We received a warm welcome at reception and were shown to our room on the second floor. Everything is very new - down to that very intensive “new furniture” smell, the furnishings lovely, but the room was so small and with sloping ceiling so that I could only move to the bed on one side by bending double and twisting sideways. Not really suitable for 2 adults. The bathroom is lovely and modern, but like many hotel bathrooms without any hooks to hang anything. The heated towel rack is positioned so that the towels hang directly over the toilet - less than ideal.
Breakfast was lovely: muesli, rolls and a selection of sweet and savoury toppings, fruit, etc. No buffet of course but excellent service.
