Very good.
Our room was extremely spacious, clean, with quite comfortable bathroom and very well equipped kitchen. The building is very close to the beach for bathing. The city centre is very easily accessible on foot. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect place to stay in Chania
Minos Studios are the perfect place to stay in Chania. They are situated in Neo Chora which is in the new town, just back from the sea front. Its an easy walk from the bus station, about 10 minutes. To go to the harbour you can either walk along the coast road which takes about 20 minutes, or you can go back up to the main road and then into town, its an easy 10 minutes walk or once you get your bearings you can zig zag through the back streets which is even quicker. Neo Chora has a nice promenade with a couple of shops and a few restaurants - this area has really been smartened up since we last visited in 2012.
Christina and Spiros are marvellous hosts and will do everything to make your holiday a good one.
We stayed in Studio 32, a corner studio on the third floor. The studio was very spacious with a spacious balcony and had everything that you could need. There was also a nice sea view also which we werent expecting. The bathroom was very modern. There is a TV although there are no English channels but several of the channels seemed to have English/American films and series in the evening. Towels and sheets are changed regularly and the rooms cleaned every day. There is a lift.
Chania town is delightful, with hundreds of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. There is an indoor market which is very a tourist attraction now rather than a working market but there is a Thursday and Saturday street market.
We used to go to Kalamata beach every day which is along the coast although there are lots of beaches along the coast road to visit. There is a Number 21 bus which goes from the main square along the coast to Kalamata every 20 minutes. Tickets are cheaper if you buy them from the kiosk rather than buying them on the bus - 1.70 on the bus, 2.50 on the bus per person.
Kalamata beach is a small beach. There are two restaurants on the beach. We used to go in Kalamata Café - the staff there are fantastic, great food and they serve food and drinks on the beach as well as up in the restaurant. Sun beds are free if you buy a drink or food. The sea is very shallow and flat so safe for children.
We visited Pelachora in the south which is a lovely small town with two great beaches either side of the town. It takes just under 2 hours on the bus - leaving at 8.45 from the bus station and we came back about 3.30 ish.
So would definitely recommend Minos Studios if you wish to stay in Chania.

6 Night Stay
I would highly recommend this hotel. It has all the modern benefits. Large kitchen, 2 bedrooms both with TV’s, air conditioning, patio, very clean, only 100 meters from the beach and very accommodating, friendly owners who will do anything for you including parking your car !! Only a 15 minutes walk to the old town but it has great varied restaurants close by if you don’t want to go too far.

cannot reschedule date
cannot reschedule the date just one day after booking. no refund whatsoever. I was fully charged for one night's stay even after they promised me that I would not be charged. Horrible service. Should have booked somewhere else.
