Fabulous

A beautiful quiet resort just at the edge of the town of Lakka. Lakka itself is very pretty. Livadi Studios were beautifully maintained ans the gardens and pool were superb. Friendly and helpful staff particularly the manager Kostas. Wonderful stay.

Excellent accommodation in a central but peaceful location

We had a lovely and relaxing stay here. The accommodation had everything you need and is kept spotlessly clean throughout your stay there. We loved the pool area with comfortable sun loungers and well kept flowers and shrubs. Special thanks to Kostas for helping us sort things when our hydrofoil back was cancelled. Booked again for 2026.

Lovely relaxing holiday

Recently stayed for 8 nights. Lovely property with clean rooms, immaculate pool area and great location. Just a short stroll to the harbour but for enough away to feel private. Kostas the property manager was very helpful though out. Would recommend

Beautiful!!

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at Livadi studios.
Everything about our stay was perfect.
Beautifully clean accommodation, immaculate gardens complete with pool and very comfortable sun loungers..
Kostas and his team are exceptional we will be back - thank you all.

Inadmissible

Desperately unacceptable. We paid 150 euros the night and the room was miserable, old without any renovation and smelled moisture and closure. The shower was so small that we could not take a bath, resulting in the water coming out and flooding the bathroom. Overestimated the price in relation to the quality of the room. It's a shame, a shame! However, the room manager was helpful and polite.
