Fantastic holiday, great staff. Lovely food. Superb rooms. Booked for next year already

Everything was superb. Room was lovely clean and well kept. All amenities in situ. Every meal was delicious. Alex at the bar has cocktails for every pallet. Very attentive staff always happy to help.

Can only get better

The complex itself is lovely & staff great. Breakfast amazing choice and from a restaurant with a view of the mountains. We did have issues with the room not being as expected and very dusty, shower not working properly and a dirty pool. Hopefully sorted for future guests

Nice hotel, but value for money not ok (yet)

Nice hotel, but still very many work points.
Very nice breakfast, something for everyone. Cappuccino is lukewarm and not very good.
Dinner is good, but lukewarm. The staff at the restaurant are very friendly.
Swimming pools are beautiful, but soil is dirty and there are many insects in the water. The gardens are not maintained, there are very many weeds.
The room is very small: insufficient storage space. In the bathroom there is even no storage space. There is no holder for the toilet paper. The room is well cleaned and bed linen is changed regularly.
The staff at reception are not really friendly.
The music at the pool is also very loud. In the evening, the empties at the pool are not cleaned up. Left behind air mattresses stay for days.
So there are still many areas for improvement. This hotel can be a winner if one can make the necessary improvements.

There's no reservation and no room when you go stay. They just leave you on the street.

We made our reservation by phone and when we arrived at the property there was no name in the reservations and they never found us a solution while they made a mistake! Unacceptable!
