Modern studios
Very comfortable studios with a shower as good as it gets. Very central, near to port. Studio 1 has sea view, rest look over pleasant countryside. Offered a very reasonable rate for mid October stay.

Lovely traditional Greek studios in excellent location
Having arrived in Lipsi, we walked the short distance from the ferry to the Michalis studios, (for some strange reason we managed to miss Michalis at the port).
The studios are situated just at the edge of the harbour area off a side road.
The studios are traditionally Greek with a small kitchen area and a two ring electric hob. Certainly sufficient to rustle up food to eat in if you wish.
The room was cleaned on a daily basis and despite us making our bed it was re made by the maid each day.
The towels and bedding were changed every other day.
There is a seating area by the entrance door which is a shared space and a private balcony at the rear. This a particularly liked as I could find some nice shade at any time of day.
It was our first time to Lipsi, having hopped to more than 50 islands over the last 25 years or more.p and we absolutely loved it. It was peaceful and quiet, we walked everywhere and there was very little traffic so walking on the roads was pretty easy.
I would recommend Michalis studios to anyone who is trying to decide whether to stay there or not.
Very good clean Greek accommodation in a great location.
Would we stay there again, absolutely we would. Excellent value for money.

Loved it here
We loved it here. Michalis met us at the ferry although its only a ten minute walk, through the lovely village.
Our room was spotlessly clean with everything you would need for a self catering break including a hair dryer and an iron. Comfortable beds and very good air conditioning and it is only a 2 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. There is also an excellent bakery/cafe next door which serves really nice food.
The host Michael is a lovely man. He gave us delicious figs from his garden, offered us a boat ride in the bay, and when I asked him if there was a laundry in the village, he led me to his own washing machine and told me to use it as much as I wanted. Now that's service!
Of course Michael took us back to the ferry and presented us with a fridge magnet of Lipsi.
If ever returning to Lipsi, there is no doubt these apartments are the ones we would choose.

Ottima scelta!
Excellent value for money: functional room and bathroom; balcony for breakfast; central but secluded location; cleanliness; extreme kindness of Mikhalis and his daughter Maria. A stone's throw away is a well-stocked bakery-bar and a stone's throw away are the Chora and the marina.

PERFECT!!! I COULDN'T HAVE FOUND BETTER THAN THIS
The location is exceptional, practically a stone's throw from everything, the cleaning is very thorough, the bed linen and towels are changed every other day. The owner Michalis, an exceptional person, came to pick us up upon arrival by hydrofoil even though the road was short and on the way he told us the most important things about the island. Very kind person, always present for anything and loves that everything is always perfect to make their guests feel good!! Also very convenient for breakfast as the best bakery on the island is right next to the apartment. Michalis a guarantee.. go and you won't regret it!!!!!!!
