Fantastic.

Super delicious small apartment complex. Fantastic view of Parga. The apartment was large and nice and clean. The pool is small and cosy.
Nice quiet.
About 10 min walk to the center.

Bad experience as place to stay but nice city (Parga) to Experience

the view and the location in beautiful Parga were wonderful, they were not enough to make up for the poor condition of the accommodation, the lack of basic amenities, the poor standard of cleanliness, the dirty pool area, and the disappointing, unprofessional, and unwelcoming service we experienced. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend staying here.

Poor service and low standards

The only positive aspect of our stay was the beautiful view, which was truly enjoyable. Parga itself is an absolute gem – a charming and beautiful town with a wonderful atmosphere, great restaurants, and stunning surroundings. It deserves to be experienced, but unfortunately, this accommodation did not live up to the destination.
Unfortunately, everything else was a disappointment. The apartment was in poor condition and clearly very worn out. The bed sheets had holes in them, the overall cleanliness was far below an acceptable standard, and several of the chairs were broken or unstable. The kitchen was also poorly equipped, lacking even basic items such as a cutting board and proper kitchen knives, which made cooking inconvenient.
The standard of housekeeping was particularly disappointing. During the entire 14 days of our stay, the bathroom mirror was never cleaned. Soap residue remained in the shower for days without being removed, and the shower glass was heavily covered in limescale and dirt, making it clear that it had not been properly cleaned for a long time.
The swimming pool was also dirty during our stay, and several of the sun loungers were broken, making the pool area far less enjoyable than expected.
The biggest issue, however, was the host’s attitude and level of service. Throughout our stay, we felt constantly monitored rather than welcomed. For example, after returning from the beach one afternoon, we found a note from the host complaining that the kitchen was “in such a big mess.” In reality, we had only left three plates, two glasses, and a frying pan with some used cooking oil from our breakfast in the kitchen to wash later. This felt unnecessary, intrusive, and made us very uncomfortable.
Our check-out experience was equally disappointing. The morning before our departure, we informed the host that our transfer bus would pick us up the following evening at 6:50 PM, and we politely asked if it would be possible to check out at 6:15 PM. She replied that she would let us know soon. Instead, at 8:00 AM the next morning, we received a text message telling us that we had to check out by 11:00 AM, giving us only three hours’ notice. We found this extremely inconsiderate and unacceptable, especially since we had contacted her well in advance. Rather than thanking us for staying at the property or showing any understanding of our situation, she simply commented that it would probably be a long day for us outside. Of course it was—we were left to spend almost eight hours waiting with our luggage before our transfer arrived.
Overall, while the view and the location in beautiful Parga were wonderful, they were not enough to make up for the poor condition of the accommodation, the lack of basic amenities, the poor standard of cleanliness, the dirty pool area, and the disappointing, unprofessional, and unwelcoming service we experienced. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend staying here.

Old furniture etc and not so good pool - expensive air conditioning and small pool.

Old furniture and kitchen
Small pool and small terrace.
The entire €80 is charged for air conditioning (which is a must), and it seemed extremely bad (also old)!
Views images better than reality (of course, as often).
No possibility of neither bath or even toilet on departure day (despite our room was not used after us they would have €50 for this in ruthless 3 hours - poor service imo).

Mediocre standard and hidden costs

The hotel has a great location with great views. However, the standard and service was well below expectations.
Here are some of the things we think are dragging our reputation down to Panthea.
We had to pay 80euros to use air conditioning which came as a great surprise at the end of the stay.
You have to pay 15 euros to use the safe
Bed linen was not changed for 8 days
The mini kitchen was in poor condition. The kettle was moldy and the kitchen was equipped for two people. We were three…
When we arrived it turned out that the wall-hung TV did not work.
After our comment we got a new one, but it was never fitted.
The owner and her son were very nice. However, there was a lot of “talk and little workshop”
