Much more than a 2 star
friendly welcome accommodation clean up to date decor rooms were amazingly large lovely comfy king sized bed with clean fresh linen
Shower area spotless and everything finished to high spec
Location excellent just 5 min walk to beach
Excellent value for money much more than a 2 star definitely one to revisit

I'm a young lady travelling alone and was a bit nervous about finding the right place to stay in Samos, but So Nice Hotel exceeded my expectations! Here are some of the things I appreciated about my stay:
-I had some questions and booking adjustments to make with them before I arrived, and their responses were quick and helpful.
-They were kind enough a taxi to receive me at the airport which followed through even after a last-minute layover.
-The room was clean and tidy with a small kitchen that made it possible to cook simple meals with ingredients from the market just a few minutes walk away.
-The hotel is a small building operated by just a few people, all who were welcoming and kind.
-The room had air conditioning!
-Just down the road there are lots of shops and restaurants with beach access and sitting areas that are either complimentary or accessible for a small charge. (Tortuga was my favorite place right on the beach and Green Zone which is just across from the beach was my favorite place overall).
-I felt totally safe and was confident that the So Nice staff would be willing to help me with any confusion or complications I may have.
If I ever return to Samos, this place would be my first choice!

Disappointing
Back from 1 day, I have to say a very disappointing holiday x regarding the cleaning of the room done only one day in a week because we pointed it out to the assistance
Broken shower knob, we left and so it remained
The lock of the room window located on the ground floor, broken, we communicated it, but you did not see anyone x fix it, we stayed a week with the window open and anyone could enter
After 3 days.we threw on the ground the two bathrobes x make us change them, they took them away and never put them back clean
The village has no guard who controls, in fact anyone entered and occupied the sunbeds and umbrellas available x us of the village
Also the pool was full of people not staying in the village
Saturday and Sunday then was a nightmare, the village full of locals spending the weekend in our village without permission, a seaport
In order to take advantage of the umbrella we holidaymakers had to go to the beach at 6.30 in the morning to find a free umbrella, because they were all already busy with towels from the night before (a nightmare)
In some rooms also lacked hot water if not even water x of the faults, fortunately for us at least this did not happen
Staff speak absolutely no Italian and don't even understand it
The only bar closes at 7.30 pm and it is no longer possible to drink anything
Instead x regarding the restaurant I must say that nothing was missing and the food good, all Italian chefs
Splendid animation guys always present without being intrusive, we played and joked with them, the head animator Miko, a great, very good together with his beautiful staff they made us have fun
Thanks also to Rosita dell Veratour assistance, also always present
In this village there is much to do and improve, I do not recognize it as a Veratour village, traveling for years with them both in Italy but especially abroad has nothing to do
I’ve been home for a day and what I miss is the good food found ready and the guys of the animation

I would absolutely change agency of animators
Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review for my experience at the mini club. I found two very unprofessional animators: Kristel, the head of the children, was unsympathetic and not at all empathetic to the children and parents, while Mirko did not seem to have skills to manage the activities. In addition, I perceived attitudes of discrimination that bothered me a lot. I believe that an animator must be able to treat everyone with respect, something that has unfortunately been lacking here. I would not recommend the mini club Service of this property.
