With a magic word

Great place, great organization, friendly environment, very good service and very good breakfast. With comfortable rooms and comfortable beds. Very nice the pool area relaxing and pulling you to stay for many days. I highly recommend it and will definitely return again to the bay's hotel k island of perfumes...

Horrible Stay at Bay’s Hotel Spetses

The owner / receptionist was unprofessional unpleasant rude and unhelpful.
Upon our arrival on the 14th of August, we were told that we had to go to a different room because the guests before us did some damages.
Then the next day we were moved to the furthest room possible, horrible lighting, the bed was broken there was absolutely no plugs to charge anything. The bed had a bug i’ll insert a picture.
The bathroom is horrible. The room is tiny and to be honest i was not expecting such bad service, because even if we are stuck with this room you’d at least expect some decent customer service ?

Instead of professional behavior

Yelling, insulting and insulting customers in front of their children and threats of police over a cancellation on a pre-paid booking!!!! As clean and well-groomed as it was, it loses from behavior. Greek housewives, apart from rare exceptions, are typical and correct.

Excellent service, very kind, affordable price, clean space, beautiful view. I highly recommend it to all visitors

Excellent organization and very friendly environment. The person in charge, like all the staff, very helpful and polite. The room was clean and with a very beautiful view. The price of the room is very affordable. They also take care of your arrival and departure from the hotel.

Depressing

Very old hotel where every morning there was no water supply for an hour. The water pressure was non-existent on the second floor with the inability to regulate the water temperature, while the bathrooms were unacceptable. The rooms generally smelled of old plumbing and old plumbing.
