Best Owner Ever

I liked everything there: the view was wonderful and the apartment was perfect new, sparking clean and everithing was in place, but what impressed me more was especially the kindness of the owner, Giorgos. I can say he is the best I've ever met.
I was having an all day driving first day that I went there and my girlfriend had her birthday. I asked the owner if he could put up a little sign "happy birthday" and Giorgos bought a cake and left in the room. It literaly made my day and made my girlfriend very happy.

Outstanding!!!

Just got back from Sivota, Greece. We (parents + a kid) stayed at Edem Studios and had a time of our life. Perfect accommodation, close to the best beach Karvouno and a bit further from the centre, but again everything reachable on foot.

Beautiful

Just had a fantastic holiday at edem studios so close to everything but quite enough to feel like in the middle of nowhere.
Studio was very clean with enough of everything to have a great holiday.
We will be back for sure.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Edem Studios & Apartments. First of all I have to say the owners of Edem Studios & Apartments (Rania and George) are very nice and polite people, they are smiling all the time and responding to every need or question that we had. They were really trying to make your stay pleasant and comfortable, and they succeed!! So, we will come back there next year!!! Now for the accommodation! We were accommodated in studio at the ground floor at the third villa. The studio was very comfortable and clean. Front of the studio there is patio with table and 2 chairs, a candle on the table, that was very nice while we were sitting there at night, and sun beds that we could use in the grass front of the patio. The owners pay attention at small nice things, like a small vase with fresh flowers in the room, or the candle at the table. There are all amendments you need in the kitchen. Bed is comfortable and there are enough pillows. There is TV set, iron and hairdryer. The owners are maintaining the studios very well. Cleaning it every day and changing the towels every second day! Area is very calm, so at night it is very calm for sleeping. Karvouno Beach is very close. Location of the Edem Studios for us was perfect. I think they are located the most beautiful part of Syvota bay. Although, might be problematic for older people or guests without car. There is not supermarket nearby, but there are lots of supermarkets in Syvota. Syvota is not so far away (depends of the person’s energy : -) ) so, you can walk downtown and for the way back there is taxi in Syvota. There are many good restaurants and café bars in Syvota. Also Kavunos beach restaurant is very close to Edem Studios & Apartments, it is nice, very romantic at night, and the food is good. Wi-fi in the studio was ok. There was storm so there was problem with wi-fi, but George solved it almost next day.

Fantastic accommodation, and great hosts!

Warm recommendation for EDEM studios in Sivota. Great and kind hosts. From personal experience, hosts are ready 24h to help and support you. Beach is 50m from studios and very beautiful. Water is very clean as well as beach is.
If you want good relaxation and peaceful holiday, this is what you need.
