Room was in good condition . Staff was courteous and good. Food was excellent. But there was a smell both inside and outside the hotel that was very disturbing …

Great hotels, great location,great rooms. But experience was little bit disappoint.

We are stayed room no. 104 and 105 in Gitanjali hotel on 13/06/2024.Food and beverage Service was great. And behaviour of staff was great. Room was clean and hygiene proper maintained. They are seriously maintain good hospitality.
But AC remote control was not in room. Telephone was not working properly.
Swimming pool Rules are not same for everyone. They are charged extra charges for pool cloth. But other guests are used cotton cloth in swimming pool.
