There is a possibility of theft

Don't stay here as much as possible If you are going to stay here, be careful a little as money is stolen here Do not leave any valuables on the room while going out.
इथे चोरी होतात त्यामुळे शक्यतो इथे राहण्याचे टाळा आणि जर राहीलात तर आपल्या मोल्यावाण वस्तु सांभाळा बाहेर जाताना रुम वर काहीही मोल्यवान वस्तु पैसे अशा गोष्टी सोडून जाऊ नका

Family trip to diveagar beach

We stayed in this hotel during the weekend.
Pros:
1. The rooms are good and spacious for a family of four (2 Adult/2 Children) with basic amenities.
2. Ample space for parking.
3. Walking distance to beach, not too far and not too close. Not suitable for aged people.
4. Location is good, it is on entry point of Diveagar village.
Cons:
1. Limited food options, that too you have to order them in advance.
2. Service is pathetic because the owner is not staying in the property, staffs are arrogant.
3. There checkout time is 10 AM and if you want to checkout late then please inform them during in advance during the booking. Otherwise they used to start calling you for checkout.
4. I found it a little over priced.
5. Things are not working properly, like in one room, electric geyser was not working.
6. Food is average, I would suggest to visit near by restaurant for foods, like Patil Khanwal etc.
My advice is if you are looking for only stay with young people who can walk 500 meters easily towards the beach, then can go to this hotel and no expectation from room service. Also Room rent is below or up to 1500, otherwise go and search for better options.

Fun with office Colleagues

Location is very good, but you have to compromise with all other things,
Room size is ok but only with basic amenities.
If you want really close to Diveagar Beach, then this is.
If you are coming late or in off season then be prepared with your own food.

Budget stay, good for large groups

Stayed at this Resort for night for an office trip with almost 22 of us. It was a very average experience with almost everything - Rooms, Cleanliness, Food and Service. Beach is very good within 10 minutes walk. There is ample space for Parking. Its ideal for large groups where hotel, facilities are less priority.

Budget stay near the beach

I have been there with my cousins for one night stay. We enjoy our stay. The place is near to the beach (5 min walk) with green surrounding. We did online booking.
Service is good. Food is also average, in food; there is limited option Veg/ Non-veg thali. Even in Nasta limited options, no ala carte option available. The food there was homely food
Room size is ok, but linen and hygiene side average. The television sets are very small in size.
Do not expect a lot of facilities like the resort, but very homely welcome and treatment by the owner.
Overall cost-effective with basic amenities in place
