Nice stay in perfect locatiom

Had a very nice stay here.the location is great, the room is clean and neat, and the staffs are very helpful.absolutely will stay here again when come to lovely Leh in future. They have some nice common rooms,outdoor and indoor,for chill or work too

Rude lady at reception

Nice stay, however, not happy with behaviour of newly recruited lady at reception.
Very happy with the services of Irfan bhai, Munawar Ali, Salman Ali.
However, very rude behaviour from Sushmita Mondal (lady at reception)., not suitable for hospitality industry.
Request to Wasim bhai, please look into the above. She told over the call to Irfan bhai (while it was on loudspeaker) that "Wo Buddha gaya kya" she made this statement on me and this is not at all acceptable.
We all are from Travel, Hospitality Industry/Service Industry and staff behaviour is the very first pillar for client/customer to decide on subsequent stay.

Excellent Hospitality of the Staff

Had a very pleasant stay at Palace view, thanks to the amazing hotel staff.
Nice room with good view and excellent food.
Special thanks to Saurav and Irfan from the Hotel crew. We had an early morning 4 am flight from Leh airport, and our cab driver ditched us and it is super difficult to get a cab at 4 am in Leh (no Ola or Uber service available)
Saurav and Irfan drove us in their car to Airport and ensured we boarded our flight.
Keep up the good work guys..!!

Mixed Baggage

We used the guest house during the Chadar Trek 2021.The entire guesthouse is filled with trekkers.The hotel is well placed has good staff and is very warm in winters these are the positives.The rooms are a little small.Owner coordinator Wasim has least bother of his customers and is more concerned about profit.We were informed to book an alternative for next day at 11:30 pm in the night as he had a new batch of trekkers coming in.Better avoid if you can get alernative accommodation.

A good time in Palace View

A very warm welcome with comfortable and peaceful stay with the best hospitality and care. Travelling from +23 deg to -5 deg temperature. It seems difficult, but their support and hot tea and home cooked food made worth staying. Cozy Evenings with heater on, warm mornings, followed with the best itinerary. The staff, was very nice, happt and always there for your help. Mr. Muzambil (manager), Irfan (caretaker), Basant (Cook), and our Driver Zakir all did their job very well.
Muzambil bhai was always there with the complete knowledge of the local place. Irfan help us in arrangin all the small necessary things. Basant made us some very good lip smaking Momos (must try) and Zakir drove us to all the difficult terrains with such a ease.
Overall the stay was very comfortable and our vacation became a memorable one. Thanks to the Palace View team.
Keep up the good work. See you soon..!!
