Poor service at Zentora
1. The hotel is away from Mysore city, located in an industrial area.
2. The room was OK, but the toilet had a bad odour- no proper ventilation.
3. Room service was poor; even if we asked to clean the room, only the bed would be made, no towels would be changed, or coffee/tea sachets replenished.
4. Food was mediocre. At the buffet, one had to ask for cutlery, salt, sugar, pepper etc. The cutlery provided was not cleaned well.
