Best hotel in Srinagar

This is a beautiful hotel! It's clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. We're in kashmir for holidays, and coming back to the hotel Room was very peaceful.Friendly staff, Clean hotel, There is a beautiful atmosphere inside and outside around the part of the area.

Best hotel review

I stayed with my family at Faizzy Residency in the month of January .We liked the hotel very much ,the cleanliness is very good and it is also very affordable as per the rate.This hotel is in the city center, every destination is very close from here, everything is at walking distance. This hotel is 1.5 km away from Dal Lake ,we enjoyed alot and this is a new property if anyone is searching for hotel to stay in srinagar i highly recommend Faizzy Residency.

Totally disappointed

Not near to the main attractions, located on a narrow street, with no nearby facilities, frequent disruptions at night, and no restaurant facility. They charge a higher charge for additional services and site visits than standard prices. The management's attitude towards guests is very poor and has to be improved.

Very Bad

Not at all a good place for decent family... Property is good..., but owner and staff behavior is very very bad and poor.... Do not book there even though they offer you for free...Unable to sleep at all as that street is crowded with stray dogs and due to loud barking sound... At the time of vacating the property they charge unnecessary repair charges for the item inside the room...Do not depend or ask them for any sort of assistance for site seeing for any sort transportation as he charge 2 to 3 time higher rate than the normal rate. Overall I had a very bad experience... NOT AT ALL A WISE CHOICE TO SELECT FAIZZY'S RESIDENCY IN MANDIR BAGH, SRINAGAR FOR YOUR STAY, IF YOU WISH TO HAVE A PEACEFUL AND HAPPY TRIP....
