A home away from Home

We have been lucky enough to get in touch with Owner of Whispering Grass, Mr. Sugreev Ji for over 20 years now. The experience to stay in this property has never lost its charm. The food prepared by chef "Maharaj" is amazing and he takes time to cater exactly to the needs. Room are cozy, spacious and clean. The staff always remain at disposal for any service a guest may require. My stay on christmas with 5 more people was memorable. Take out time to sit with owner and discuss how much he has contributed for local triabals.
The Tribal dance performance was entralling. There are many birds in the premises and a corridor for a male tiger who crosses maybe once a week as well. If you are looking for homely atmosphere with warm staff at disposal, this is the place especially if you are a wildlife person.

Worst resort in Bandhavgarh

Worst Experience I have had in my Life , very pathetic service,No service at all , No water ,No electricity ,No drinking water provided, Owner was No were around he didn't care about his customer ,Very dirty bedsheets, Towels were not cleaned , Room was so dirty. please do not visit this Place,Never ever. Although the foods was Good , And the Location is also good but it could have been better

One of the worst property i have ever stayed.

I have checked in this hotel on 4/11/2018 bd checked out on 6/11/2018. the hotel condition was pathetic. bed linen were dirty and having lots of different spot on the white bed sheet. white bath towel turns yellow with red patch. The floors were dirty. no hot water. A/C was not working even fan was not working properly. only good thing is food which was good & the room service. this hotel room should not be cost more than Rs: 500.00
everybody should avoid stay in this hotel.

Resort Review

Resort Location : Perfect.
Rooms : Well decorated n well maintained .
Overall Cleanliness : Nothing to complain.
Front Office Staff behaviour : Very cooperative n helping.
Rates : Moderate n affordable .
Food Quality : Excellent. The Chef was well trained n expert in cooking.
Specially to mention about the owner Mr. Sugreev Dwivedi : Very friendly cooperative n humble .

Average facilities... good property

Its a case of neglect. Located pretty near to the Tala gate, but the facilities are poor to average and that includes room, food and services. Not much to say about. Not many visitors even during the peak season.
