Most memorable vacation at Udaipur
Great location, excellent and courteous staff. True to The Dharma of Oberoi Hotels. Could see every staff living it. Amazing breakfast spread and what dedicated staff at restaurant. Could see energy of each staff during rush hour during breakfast. They would come at table, take ur order in the midst of crowded restaurant and will deliver ur order on table in most courteous way. Team of chefs always refilling buffet with fresh food. Don’t remember names of many staff who made this stay memorable, Rohan in Bar made some wonderful Margarita Cocktail for my daughter a very pleasant bar executive.
As a long standing hotelier who has worked in best hotels and hotel General Manager, I understand every operations has flaw but it is more important how team handles it. That was flawless.
Last but not the least, amazing celebration if Independence Day by their team.
Keep up the good work u “hospitality warriors”
As I call all hotel professionals. Keep Smiling. keep shining. Room No. 161, 152 where we stayed. Will surely visit again.

Nice Pleasant Stay
This property showcases exquisite décor that beautifully captures the essence of Rajasthan. Surrounded by lush green gardens, it offers a serene environment along with a variety of engaging activities for children. A dedicated kids’ activity program and caretaker services set it apart as a distinctive feature. Guests can also enjoy a stunning lake-view point, with the opportunity for boating on the picturesque Lake Pichola.
We were also celebrating my son’s birthday during our stay. As soon as Front Desk Supervisor “MENUKA” came to know about the occasion, she immediately took the initiative and helped arrange a lovely cake-cutting ceremony for him. She and her team went above and beyond to fulfill every little request from my son, making him feel truly special.
A huge shout-out to Menuka for making this occasion so memorable for our family.
We were also celebrating my son’s birthday during our stay. As soon as Front Desk Supervisor “MENUKA” came to know about the occasion, she immediately took the initiative and helped arrange a lovely cake-cutting ceremony for him. She and her team went above and beyond to fulfill every little request from my son, making him feel truly special.
A huge shout-out to Menuka for making this occasion so memorable for our family.

Hotel was such amazing… Staff was very cooperative… Food and dinning was great experience… Breakfast was great.. we had great experience… kids play area was good… they had many facilities for kids.. pool was also clean and maintained…

Good stay at Trident
It was a good stay. Rooms were on smaller side. Too much crowd during breakfast. Hospitality was good. Buffet dinner was on ok side.

The best hospitality and staff . They were really helpful and ever emiling . The rooms and the property is excellent . Lawn and outdoors were immaculate . Tons of activities for kids too and the pool is nice
