Negative score is not possible.
There is no provision of HOT water. Unhygienic.
WORST part is Yatra team does not check for authenticity. And they are not processing refund.
I can not stay in that room. So book this hotel only if you want to waste your money.

Total unacceptable
On arrival they had given the room to another customer, so they offered me a room in the neighbouring lodge which was totally inhabitable, extremely unacceptable
