Underground shopping was a pleasant surprise. I didn't have to leave the hotel. A great Shabbat experience in an enormous dining room with a printed schedule of events.

My stay at the Jerusalem Gate Hotel was okay overall, but there were a few disappointing parts. Some of the staff made me feel a bit unwelcome at times, and the synagogue was not available when I needed it, which was inconvenient. The room also felt somewhat outdated and gray, and housekeeping could have paid a little more attention to detail when making the bed. With some improvements to service and room upkeep, the experience could be much better.

Good breakfast food
Very well located in the city, however it is located on top of the main junction at the entrance of the city, so there is more or less constant traffic hooting outside your window, with resistant cars and buses rushing past you

Good food, bad service.

The entrance to the hotel was nice... The staff at the hotel served kindly at first...
I tried to tick a zero on the phone... no voice and no answer... I complained and so far the phone in the room hasn't been fixed.
I came to scream over the waitress responsible for the waitresses... moved that place from my friends without asking me... and tell me... I say here... no one else... the waitresses do a favor that serves you... my mom asked for a glass of water... the waitress does a favor... my mom says to him... if you have nothing to do then bring me a glass of water.
It turns out that there is no one to take luggage, so I, who am a disabled person, have to take a trolley cart and drop the luggage alone in place 2 to the car.. without the help of any crew man.....just looking ..how I measure with a shot......in the case of a terrible experience...
