One night at Due Papi

I stayed at this establishment for just one night. I found the room clean and welcoming, and the bathroom was also clean and functional. The owner, Francesco, is very friendly and accommodating; he waited for my arrival even though I arrived at 11 PM.
The location is excellent in relation to the train station, the port, and the historic center.

Bad...just do cleaning

The cute location as expected, not being particularly demanding I have always tolerated gaps of other beb for futile things such as lack of something or as in this the broken handle of the bathroom pero'one that ruined everything were the cleaning not carried out, dishes, cutlery, pots, glasses, sponges all dirty, we had to wash everything 'we used, dust on the fridge and other furniture, packaged croissants expired in January, maybe I should have called the owner and cleaned and noticed everything before soggiorno.Non I understand 'why for cleaning (which seems to me a obvious thing to do), you can put customers... I first of all will never return'

The only plus of the apartment was the proximity to the cruise terminal. The building is old. The room has old furniture. The bedroom was clean. The owner who welcomed us was very nice. We only stayed one night. In my opinion the price was high.

disappointing experience

Unfortunately our experience at this B&B was extremely disappointing. The rooms were dirty, with dust everywhere and sheets that seemed not to have been changed. The very small bathroom including no shower, unpleasant smells as soon as you entered the door and poor hygiene.
The staff has been arrogant and unhelpful since our arrival, responding rudely to simple requests.
Breakfast was the icing on the cake: visibly expired food, watered-down juices and a general sense of neglect.
I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. A real disappointment from every point of view.

It could have been but it wasn't

Great location, very nice period house, shame the services: a bathroom not up to scratch, the shower pipe broken and lack of hot water for 2 days, despite 2 reports, read, on whatsapp
