Optimal
Clean and tidy room. The owner was very kind and helpful.
The location is excellent because it is really a stone's throw from the city center

Improveable
Since, however, two people were in the room, if we wanted to eat something, we would have to sit on the bed because there was only one chair. In addition, the bathroom was equipped with a totally unusable bidet because it was placed so close to the wall that the legs did not fit; there were no supports, apart from the sink on which nothing could be laid because it was slightly inclined (the objects fell); a single roll of toilet paper for two days was barely enough for us (there were no others); the mirror light did not turn on; the shower peeled off the insulating jacket with the steam of hot water. Finally, the air conditioner was so noisy that, even though we felt cold, we had to turn it off.
Stay that is fine for a few nights, definitely not for a longer period.
