The staff was amazing! They were extremely helpful, and very welcoming. Apartment was always clean and towels and blankets replaced at a moment's notice. Corte Nova made our stay in Venice feel like home. Seumi especially was a sweetheart and communicated wonderfully, and the whole staff were a dream. I'd love to book a stay here again.

Good experience

Very friendly welcome in French.
Very good location near the scuola dei schavioni, Zanipolo, Cannaregio, the pier for the islands not to mention the places of Overtourism San Marco and the Rialto.
Loved this lively neighborhood, supermarket just left on the other side of the bridge and right after passing under a lovely sotoportego, fruit tree, deli, bakery (not great)
Clean and nice apartment
It lacks good cooking utensils like a good pan.
Closets could be more functional and more hooks for towels in the SDB
Pleasant garden and Fleuri.

We had a delightful stay at Corte Nova. The staff were very communicative and helpful. Everything was so well explained. Our room was spotless and quite spacious. We could have been very comfortable for a long stay.
