COHERENCE
In a good location, in an internal street, I thought it was difficult to find being that in Venice the house numbers are particular and not regular as in other cities, but outside you find the flag indicating the inn and this was convenient especially in the evening when Venice does not have much lighting. The room was spotless, very quiet, included everything. There is no reception but contact with the owner was timely and she responds every hour. Total availability. I did not take pictures of the room because I had a great time and it was not necessary to document non-compliance. To access two flights of stairs. The location is excellent. Cleanliness flawless.

Excellent pension
We stayed three nights and the first thing I would like to clarify is that it is not a hotel, it is a boarding house. There is no 24-hour reception (nowhere does it say it has) and in the three nights we stayed we did not see anyone from the staff once, this is something to keep in mind because perhaps everyone may not like it.
Otherwise, it is an accommodation of 10. Completely renovated, the rooms and bathroom are spacious, modern and the cleanliness is excellent. The location is wonderful, less than 10 minutes walk from Plaza San Marco and in a very safe area (both day and night) where there are many restaurants.

No shower gel and noises
On the site it shows a bottle of shower gel that has been broken for a long time and has never been replaced. There Clim is damaged and makes a terrible noise that wakes up in the middle of the night several times. The location is good.

I would say the location is 5*
The comfort of the bed and shower was also 5*

Areas that we were little disappointed with was that although room had air conditioning which we were told we cannot turn it on as it was a centralised system. Therefore we were told to leave our windows open. This led to noise from streets and mosquitos ( only 1 or 2) which severely disturbed our sleep on both nights.
Have a few mosquito bites which is uncomfortable for the rest of our travels.
There is tea but no milk, and coffee was not refilled for the next day, we were told that the cleaner would come at 10.30am however our check out was at 9.30am.
Overall great great location. Rooms nice and modern, shower and water pressure great!

Great stay and value for money
Great value for money, the room was very clean and very modern. Location was perfect as you are a 5 min walk to saint marks square. Highly recommended!
