This hotel is located on islands and operate on fixed boat schedules, some of which may not align with meal times. If guests are unable to have their meal because their arrival or departure time is outside the scheduled meal hours, the hotel will not offer refunds or provide meals outside the designated times. Resort do not accept pregnant guests Airport pick-up and drop-off is available for same-day check-ins directly from Tawau Airport only. Guests should book flights arriving at Tawau Airport before 9:30 AM and departing after 4:00 PM. Guests staying in Semporna town or other hotels must arrange their own transport to the resort jetty.
Important information about the city
It is prohibited to bring durian and mangosteen to the hotel. Effective 1 January 2024, Foreign nationals entering Malaysia are required to fill in the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) via the Malaysian Immigration portal.
