Excellent family experience!

Excellent service, they offered us a promotional rate for our long stay at a super price, there is a delicious seafood restaurant inside the hotel and it has pool service, very clean facilities, with a family jacuzzi in the suite, all super comfortable to enjoy as a family, I definitely recommend it! See you soon!

We stayed for a couple of nights and it was a great experience. the place is nice and cosy, the staff is very kind and profesional. What I did not like is that the breakfast was only up to 12 noon, and the restaurant would not serve what I wanted to eat. they would want me to eat fish and I don't eat animals.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

The room we had was the "BALCÓN #1", and is right besides the street, so the room was very noisy ALL NIGHT LONG, we can´t get a minimun rest at all.
When we asked the admin office to move us to another room, the said the hotel was full, and it was not at all, we were the first people to arrive at the hotel, and I think this is the room nobody wants, TERRIBLE AT ALL.
The room was very very small.
