It was very beautiful, the staff was very accommodating and attentive. Just be ready to order your Ubers well ahead of time because sometimes they are a bit sparse.

One of the WORST hotels i have ever been

In a great location, this hotel is one of the worst nightmares, very old, things broken, dirty, cheap. (but not the price it costs $90 US per night). The bathrooms smell terrible, there are spider webs in the room. The furniture is broken. There is a power plant running all night so its hard to sleep. The service is rude and non professional, we wanted to stay for 4 days but just stay 2 because it was awful. STAY AWAY from this hotel if you can, you have been warned.

We really want to apologyze with you, there are been too many changes in the past two years in Cuernavaca and in Hotel Marjaba, it has not been easy, we are a small hotel and sometimes our efforts are not noticed by our guests, Some employees had been fired because of your comment and we look forward to improve our service with new people. I know you do not want to return, but if you give us an opportunity, we will make our best to change your mind. Thank you for your comments.
