I stayed here during a vacation, and the experience was very good. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and beautiful. From the moment you arrive, you are warmly welcomed, and all the staff are very friendly and attentive. Customer service is definitely among the best; they always assist you with a positive attitude and make you feel very comfortable. The reception is also excellent, very attentive at all times. Without a doubt, I would stay here again, and I highly recommend it.

The best hotel I have ever stayed at

I stayed at Hotel Soretti last month and was pleasantly surprised. Everything felt of very high quality; it was a hotel where I had never stayed before. Everything was phenomenal, the service was top-notch, and all the people working there were very attentive. The coffee was also very good. Without a doubt, I will stay here again.

We have stayed at Hotel Soretti many times and are very happy with it. The front desk staff are always pleasant and helpful and are a tremendous asset. Rooms are clean, well taken care of by house staff, and quiet. We will continue to stay at Hotel Soretti when visiting Durango in the future.

Watch out!!!

Everything was fine until check out. They keep you waiting to check if you stole something. Which is done to me in very bad taste and then they came out that they would charge me $250 pesos x that the water bottle said was broken totally fake. I don't know if they already do it with the intention of charging an extra but it's a very bad way I think. I'm posting it to see if someone else was done the same. If it gives courage. They ruin the day seriously. Shipping evidence of the bottle they claimed was broken
