I really loved the people, they give you a lot of confidence and make you feel almost at home. I would come back many times, totally recommended.

Really well located, staff doing the barre minimum, not necessarily welcoming that much.
I had a hole on my bed sheet, I needed to rent a towel but the room was clean and the bathroom too. Breakfast was included but it’s not a buffet ! Overall the place looks good and it feels calm with the green space.

Cash only. They did not accept credit cards for payment which was not mentioned before hand. They in general do not understand how to interact with clients in a professional manner. They sprayed inceticide while my friend and I were still in the room. Shower pressure was so low that the water came out in a small stream. Bathroom was not well kept. There was an auxilery sink near the bathrooms that was dirty and covered with flies. Only one toilet and one shower for each gender of bathroom, didn't seem to be too much of a problem though. Sheets and bedding seemed clean. Floor of the room was dirty. Airconditioning was very low and not sufficient for the size of the room. Towels were an extra 25 pesos, water was 5 pesos. Breakfast was decent. Outdoor area needs some work. The property is run by a couple who also reside there. If they had a housekeeper I believe it would solve many of these issues. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay and are comfortable with the above mentioned, then this place is for you.
