Great location and room for a two week stay while my friend and I studied Spanish at Habla. Unpretentious, relatively easy for Ubers to find (we did not master the public transportation system in Merida, but could walk to school and several nice restaurants/convenience store/ATM etc. and Uber/Didi to other parts of city), breakfast got monotonous but we found other options en route to escuela.

We stayed here for a week. The cleaning staff were amazing, always checking to see if we need anything.

I do not recommend them, Miss lucy should not be in that position attending to the very poor service guest.

It takes 1 Ace in service, 1 in quality of food, I really don't recommend it,
The receptionist lucy is a very rude person, she only spends time talking to her colleagues and did not attend to us.
At breakfast on the last day of our stay, the scrambled eggs spoiled in horrible disrepair.
