Every time we travel to Monterrey, NL we stay at Antaris Cintermex hotel which is across the street from Fundidora park. We love the location, and we are here celebrating the World Cup events. This is the best place in town.

Air conditioning in our room did not work well, after telling the hotel staff to check our ac in the room it still didn’t work… room was extremely hot especially during this hot weather… we check out at 6 am because we couldn’t tolerate or rest in our room … NEVER staying there again especially because it was an expensive room

I was there to attend to a concert in Parque Fundidora, the location is fantastic, the hotel is not in its best condition but it is ok, the room service from BEKE is ashtonished, as well as eating there. The gym needs attention as well as the carpets all over the hotel. The Staff was kind and helpful in every moment. The Pool was out of service I really regret that.

Location was great but the upkeep of the rooms was below standard. Leaking roofs, missing amenities and the property as a whole needs a re-fresh. Staff was excellent, and made our stay pleasant.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help.
