All night music

Hotel Paris is pretty much central downtown Av Revolucion. Its secure, has air con, tv, descent shower and the staff were friendly and helpful.
I stayed there on a Friday night. Just be aware that you will hear music to your room. When I stayed the techno/dance music went on all night and did not stop till 7am.
Other than that, the hotel was a thumbs up for me.

It was ok

Ok place - very basic and as other reviewers have mentioned, very loud with clubs in the area. Good location though and safe enough (although the lock safe in our room was broken). We chose to stay there as they advertised luggage storage as we wanted to tour Tijuana for the day before heading south however when we checked out the women on reception was very rude and refused to let us keep stuff there beyond check out. Not the best experience to end with!

Hotel Paris

The price paid for a night was fair, but was disgusted that they need a 200 cash deposit for the tv remote and key (not a key card) I get pick pocketed a lot in TJ so I leave my wallet home and bring limited cash so I ran out of money while at the bars since most do not take credit cards. Then when I check out in the AM they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about for the deposit. Luckily I kept the receipt for the deposit and they gave the cash back to me. Seems a bit shaddy. However the room was pretty nice considering the price and awesome selection on the tv in room. I'll likely stay here again. Just hope they don't try to take my money.

Bring ear plugs

This was guys night out and we wanted to stay close to Centro. It was a last minute booking and I couldn't find better hotel and with 4 star review from other guy, I thought it would be ok but I was wrong.
Staff was friendly but could not speak English. The room was dirty. We found three roaches running for their lives as I opened the bathroom door.
Bathroom window was shattered, and I let the staff know as we stepped out of hotel to eat. When we came back, the window was taped w/ plastic.
Furniture / paints on wall / pillow / etc... basically everything in the room was worn out, outdated. The pillows were probably the worst. Even though cover was clean, I could see the insert was extremely dirty and old.
At night we came back around 12am. The music from outside was unbearable. I brought ear plugs for myself but my friend didn't. He could not sleep at all. Also, AC was very noisy as well.
I would not recommend anyone to stay here.
