Beautiful breakfast in Tulum
Jazmin is simply wonderful! Every morning she greeted me with a smile, served everything perfectly and always paid attention to the little details. Breakfasts will be remembered and it’s all thanks to her. Thank you so much!

Great stay at Be Tulum!
We had such a great stay at Be Tulum. From check-in to the room to the overall atmosphere, everything just felt relaxing and special. The hotel has an amazing vibe, and the staff really made the experience even better.
We especially want to mention Guillermo, who took care of us on the beach during our stay. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming every single day. He always checked in on us, made sure we had everything we needed, and genuinely made us feel taken care of. Small things like that really make a difference when you’re on vacation, and Guillermo honestly made the trip that much better for us.
Would definitely come back and highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Tulum.

Magical escape in jungle, toes in the sand
We LOVE this hotel, location, vibe -- everything about it. However it may not be for everyone. We have been twice, both times booking a large room with a private roof deck and plunge pool, and both times it felt like a true escape. The grounds are beautifully cared for, the staff are all lovely, and we love the wild feel of it, with the rooms (clustered in units of 2-4) set away from the walkways and hidden by trees and plants. The rooms are huge, high-ceilinged, massive windows. Construction is concrete and exposed wood timbers, with traditional Mexican crafts for minimalist decoration. Huge bathroom, dressing area, great showers. All construction in the tropics is challenging to maintain, and the rooms at Be Tulum are no different: on our most recent stay, the bathroom window leaked at the base, creating a puddle in the middle of the floor after an overnight shower. Our room also had a portable dehumidifier -- not attractive, but essential given the bathroom would not dry out otherwise. The breakfast restaurant is right on the beach, good food, what can be better than breakfast with your toes in the sand? Beds with canopies on the beach were comfortable, food and drink service at the beach was easy. Everything about this place feels relaxing, like it is your own private jungle/beach wilderness that just happens to deliver fresh juices and delicious guacamole to wherever you are lying. However, it is not the Four Seasons -- everything feels like a luxurious version of rugged beach/jungle resort, versus a polished hotel city that was transplanted to Tulum. We would happily go here again and again for true relaxation.

EXPECTATIONS EXCEEDED BY FAR! Irbin was by far so welcoming and provided the most excellent service for the majority of our meals at Marezia's Beach Restaurant. His connection and conversation were truly heartfelt. His servant's heart can not be missed - so genuine and kind!
Ricardo's service as our concierge was outstanding! He answered every question, made reservations, and checked with us daily for any needs.
The room was everything shown on the website and more. Truly mind-blowing beautiful. You never need to even leave the room. Our private plunge pool was short of amazing!
This has been an amazing vacation to celebrate our 16th wedding anniversary at BE TULUM. We can not wait to visit again soon!

Nightmare at the Be hotel
we arrive at the be hotel in Tulum Mexico, on Thursday
the same night we got robbed in our room. When we step out for dinner
When we came back, we found two of the stuff looking through our things when we ask what they were doing, they say not much they left quickly
the next day we realize our two passports were missing my cell phone and my husband‘s credit card we told the front desk the next day they searched the room. They found nothing we told them on Monday. We were going to make a police report but on Sunday, they put our two passports back in the room please don’t go to this place. They’re all in it. They want to rob you don’t go there. Please do yourself a favor. stay away from. This hotel. Be hotel in Tulum Mexico.
