Excellent value for money

The location is exceptional: well placed on the map, the Riad is just a short walk from Bab Guissa (one of the most convenient and clear points for pickups in case of tour) and allows you to easily and comfortably reach the other attractions of Fes.
Patio aesthetically a little chaotic, but cute. The room had some difference compared to the photos, because they had updated it after my booking, but still perfectly comfortable.
Great breakfast.
Really exceptional staff. I want to highlight and thank Bilal in particular: despite the rain, he came to welcome us on arrival outside the walls and then returned late in the evening because we had problems with hot water. Moreover, although not present in Riyadh, he was always available through messages and ready to support us and meet our needs.
I would say great value for money, especially by virtue of the data services, the courtesy of the staff and the great location.
I recommend improving the hot water management, because the evening of arrival we missed it. The problem however did not arise again and the staff did everything to make our stay optimal (and succeeded perfectly).

A bit of a shame...

A stay in this riad that we will definitely remember. Very quiet address, well located just steps from the medina. Bilal welcomed us with extreme kindness, dedicated, friendly, and good advice for visits. He also helped us well with the transport of our luggage to the riad. The food is excellent, local, and extremely well prepared. The same appreciation for the breakfasts. The only downside, and unfortunately it is significant, is the quality of the sanitation. In our room on the ground floor, the toilet area (hard to call it a bathroom...) had a dilapidated plastic shelf where it was impossible to place anything, holes in the wall, the drainage pipe from the sink was punctured, leaking, and patched with plastic, the water drainage from the shower backed up, and the toilet space was thus reduced to a wading pool with a truly foul odor. It is really a shame for this riad. Very urgent repairs are necessary because in these sanitary conditions it is difficult to recommend this address where everything else is perfect.

Authentic Fes Experience with Exceptional Hospitality in the Heart of the Medina

In the heart of the Old Medina , this Riad truly exceeded our expectations! The staff’s hospitality was incredible—Bilal went above and beyond to take care of my mother and me. He even checked in with other providers we weren’t familiar with to ensure our safety and comfort. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the Medina, the old city of Fes. The team was also wonderfully accommodating of my mom’s gluten-free allergies. If I return to Fes, I would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you to everyone at the Riad for providing such an authentic and caring Fes experience!

Recommended! With very language-savvy host!

It was a very nice stay with a good English, French, Spanish and Arabic speaking host. We had new towels every day and it was a nice walk to the old town. You are already in the middle of the beautiful medina.
We would book so again!

Aboulkassim

An unforgettable visit to Ahmed, a gentleman who knows his city and its history. Welcoming, smiling, helpful... just like Bilal, who advised us, accompanied us everywhere when we needed it. Thank you both for who you are. What about Ryad? A breathtaking place. I highly recommend
