Oasis of tranquility in the Medina

Dar Daoud is a place of tranquillity despite its central location in the Medina. After our sightseeing tours, we have always looked forward to relaxing in the sheltered courtyard or on the green roof terrace. The rooms and the entire house are very tastefully decorated and typical of the country and equipped with many pictures by the German artist Hans Werner Geerdts. The care by the manager Bader and his team was very warm and attentive, also the breakfast and the evening regional food convinced us. We were traveling with a group of 7 people, but would also like to come back as individual travelers.

Spectacular

The Riad is LOVELY. We slept super well you couldn't hear any noise despite being close to the square, the bed and the very comfortable pillows. The room has everything you need: quiet air conditioning, good lighting, cleaning 10 and there was even bathrobe in the bathroom!! The breakfast is delicious, and varied with typical products there. Bader and Naima have been super nice to us, making us feel very comfortable at all times. He even accompanied us to catch the Transfer back to the airport. We'll be back, inshallah!! Thank you so much Bader!!

5 Star experience!

Dar Daoud is a beautiful traditional Riad in an excellent location just a few mins walk to the souks in Marrakesh. Bader, the manager, could not have been more helpful giving us many excellent suggestions for our stay in the area. We had a wonderful cookery lesson (best meal in Marrakesh!), we loved the personal experience, an added bonus was seeing all the wonderful artwork throughout the Riad (by Hans Werner Geerdts). We're going home to Scotland with many happy memories of Morocco!

Wonderful and unforgettable experience

Charming riad, in the heart of the medina, this place has simply delighted us.
My daughter and I stayed there for three days.
Bader's Welcoming is second to none. We felt right at home.
He advised us, oriented and cocooned, with incredible kindness. Among its many talents, its cuisine will delight you with delicious breakfast. Plan to dine at the riad one night, your taste buds will thank you....

Small riad, great experience!

The riad is right in the center of the medina, very close to the most interesting zono, in a quiet, very quiet street. The structure is traditional, simple but clean and very welcoming. The strength is the kindness of the manager, always available and attentive to all needs. Through him we booked taxis and a guided tour of the city, also enjoyed a great dinner at the riad. Highly recommended!
