Perfect Marrakech Stay – Great Location and Amazing Service
We loved our stay at Riad K-White. The minimalist, modern design is beautiful and very clean, which made the riad feel calm and relaxing.
The location is excellent—very close to one of the gates, making it easy to grab a taxi, arrange transportation to other cities, or walk toward the new city. It’s also an easy walk to Jemaa el-Fna, so you’re close to the action but the riad itself remains incredibly quiet.
The staff were wonderful and very accommodating. During our stay, we needed to add an extra night at the last minute. The only room available that night was for two people, but they still accommodated our family. The next morning, they cleaned the next available family room bright and early and moved us as soon as possible so we could start our day. We really appreciated their flexibility and effort.
Breakfast was a traditional Moroccan spread and very plentiful. They even added cereal and milk for our son, which was a thoughtful touch. They also washed our clothes and delivered them back to our room, which we really appreciated.
Younes went above and beyond by helping us purchase tagines for our restaurant. Thanks to him, we were able to pay the local price—something you really can’t beat or easily find yourself in the market.
We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Marrakech. We also felt completely safe walking back to the riad at night; some evenings we were out until almost midnight, and the walk back never felt unsafe.

An Oasis in the Medina
Riad K-White is a lovely oasis among the bustle of the Marrakech Medina and an easy walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa. I stayed for 1 night in Room 1 on the ground floor and enjoyed the experience. The facilities are clean and modern; breakfast is fresh and delicious - served on the terrace. The door to Room 1 is not soundproof, so you can hear people talking in the courtyard; however, there are quiet hours in the riad in the evening, so I had no issues falling asleep.

Everything was great.
This riad is a lovely place to stay in Marrakech. The room was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked really well. There wasn’t a fridge at first, but when I asked, they provided one, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was delicious, and on the day I had to leave very early, they even prepared a takeaway package for me. The riad was clean, the service was excellent, and it’s easy to access. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech.

We set up an airport transfer and I even sent a confirmation email but when arriving at the airport there was no one to pick us up. We finally got in touch with the riad and had to wait 30min for their driver to come pick us up.
Room was extremely clean and breakfast was amazing, however the staff were not very friendly and often ignored us. A man came knocking on our door at 1am saying that we were talking too loud, which made us feel very uncomfortable. Also when we arrived it felt very awkward, we were just left to wait in the lobby with no clue when we would be able to check into our room. Expedia told us check in was at 6am but when we arrived at 9am they said check in wasn’t until 2pm. Thankfully we were able to work something out and check in slightly earlier. Check out was also a bit rough because we had to leave at exactly 7am and when we came down there was no one to check us out even though we told them our check out time.
Overall the riad was beautiful and extremely clean, just didn't have the best experience with staff.

Overbooking
The property warned us ONE DAY BEFORE that due to an error in the system our room was no longer available, without offering an alternative or help to find another accommodation. So I had to spend an afternoon frantically searching for another accommodation with the same characteristics. A nightmare.
