Quiet Riad, very good gestión

A Horrible Experience - Not recommended!

The Riad does not correspond to the photos presented, it is a false information. Upon arrival, we discovered an extremely dirty room that smelled very bad, with traces of mold and a great dilapidated.
The smell was foul and there were a lot of flies inside. The curtains were detached and dust was everywhere. Of the 5 nights booked, we only spent one before we had to flee this place. That's unacceptable. Go your way!

Mediocre stay

Hotel that does not match the description on our booking site!
Room not cleaned throughout the stay and, in fact, not very clean upon our arrival, just like the riad itself! Let’s not even talk about the pool full of insects, never cleaned either. It is the vacationers who are forced to do it! Regarding the meals, the Moroccan specialties are very well done, including breakfast, but the international meals are DISGUSTING! We ordered a pizza and a panini, the bread and crust extremely hard, even inedible, you need a strong jaw!
Little life in the hotel, outdoor snack bar closed… the same for the massage lounges, etc…
The only positive point is that the staff is welcoming and available quickly.

Terrible disappointing experience

It's not enough to block me on Facebook to stop me from expressing myself... Very bad experience with my little family, the room lacked all the catastrophic toilets, lack of professionalism and hospitality staff, delay in service, the place is quiet but unfortunately very poorly managed, far from the city and ill suited to families... Very disappointed

Don't block people again in facebook just because they told you how their experience with your riad was

Hello, i want to write alooool however ; im afraid they are going to block me like they did in facebook. Well i wrote in facebook that is a nice riad but the person in charge is rude and behave like she is the one giving us money,1- the breakfast is bad ( they give you tea(that u didn't order and probably don't drink) without mint) table without water and nothing like the picture of the breakfast they advertise in facebook and all platforms, 2- the room is quite nice but there is no hot water in the shower(when we complained, the woman there told us to leave it for the moment and it will become hot"we did it before complaining but nothing happened otherwise we wouldn't complain in the first place"+ the toiletry put in the bathroom was already used and drusty. Hope they won't block me her again... i didn't say anything that is rude or wrong... riad m'hidou thank you for the hospitality and have a good sport to improve yourselves.
