Location, value for money
Clean bed near to jemma el fnaa square. The place is very secured and the location too as it always with many people so you wonder find yourself walking alone even at night. But still you should take all the precautions this has no difference in any big cities. I like the service on the breakfast Amal always receive the guest with greetings and smile. If i go back to Marrakech, i will not hesitate to consider this riad. With the amount you paid. Its worth it

She has no shame or knowledge
To call this Riyadh is an insult to a true Riyadh. This in Spain, is a hostel of bad death, and on top of it expensive. The only good thing is the location. The room that touched us, is certainly the worst I've ever been in my life, if you don't catch a disease being in it will be a miracle. Breakfast, nothing otherworldly.

!!!!! LET IT GO!!!!!
A dump, dirty, cramped, old, all broken, impossible to take a shower, claustrophobic room, beware of photos and reviews on Booking.. we arrived at 02:30 in the morning and after trying to take a shower we immediately cancelled the Reservation and booked elsewhere. Fortunately the manager wanted to be paid in cash and euros, so that in the morning at 08 we paid him the night and literally ran away! I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW BOOKING CAN REVIEW 5 ⭐️ THIS GROSS!

Great stay in the heart of the Medina
Very nice, welcoming and clean riad. Spent a few nights here on our way to Merzuga desert. Really friendly and thoughtful host. Great location in a side street, very quiet at night. The terrace was a perfect breakfast spot. Warmly recommended.

Owner is a liar. Staff absent or unhelpful. Avoid.
Clean rooms can't make up for an uncaring liar of an owner who is truly one of the worst people I've met in the ~80 countries I've visited.
Upon arrival to the hotel which is presently under construction, I was directed to a room different from what I booked. The indifferent owner said my room was "being painted". It was not. My room was occupied by other guests for whatever reason.
The next morning, the owner was absent (as usual, and he's apparently the only one who works in reception) and I was wondering about whether I would need to change rooms. Over the phone, the owner said I could change rooms in the evening with no further details (he clearly had just been awakened and had no time for me). I returned to the hotel about two hours later to find the front door open, the door to another room open, and my things - having been moved outside my presence or consent - sitting in plain view for anyone to help themselves. The cleaning lady is the only one there most often and speaks no English.
As I was speaking with the owner on the phone about why he lied to me and why my things had been moved, he hung up on me and did not appear at the hotel for hours. The cleaning lady, also a liar, told me that he was driving to the hotel and couldn't answer the phone. This went on for more than two hours. Upon his arrival he was incredibly rude and pretended not to speak English, even though he had managed well enough the previous night. He eventually refunded the remaining nights, but not without trying to screw me out of a few euro first, of course.
Security on the room doors is also an issue, as, when you are in the room, the door is locked only by a latch which can be easily flipped open through the inch-wide crack between the French doors (through which the rooms can be easily seen from the outside).
So, yeah, avoid. Worst experience in Morocco.
