Warm, small-scale riad. Superb price vs quality ratio. Absolutely recommended!
This riad exudes peace, authenticity and hospitality, and it immediately felt like we were coming home. We are incredibly happy to have chosen Riad Zanouba again. Everything was right as 2 years ago: the atmosphere, the well-kept rooms, the warm welcome and the small touches that make the stay so special.
Mohammed is an excellent, quiet and friendly host who welcomed us over a cup of tea. And yes, at the same time we were presented with a range of excursions from which we could choose to visit in the Marrakech area. And everything was carefully arranged by him.

Because the full picture is correct: the warm, warm welcome, the delicious breakfast and the delicious and fresh tajines we ate there daily. These tajines are an absolute hit — prepared with care, skill and love by the team of two charming ladies. Striking: the variety of preparations... from art!

Scary/sketchy area. We were assisted by a bystander who literally walked us to the door step like just less than 20 seconds distance, asked for money. Seems to be the over-all theme in Morocco, everywhere. Guy at front desk was polite, although after the initial experience just made us felt uncomfortable overall. Shorted our stay one night and left for Paris and boy what a difference. Finally a stay without being taunted and harassed. Not returning even if you pay me

it was a wonderful stay. I have to admit that i wasn't expecting Morocco to be cool weather wise which made the Riad cool too. The staff , Otmane and Mohammed , couldn't have been more helpful and the breakfasts were just wonderful. it's a beautiful Riad with an easy walk to all the sites..

Riad Zanouba, Marrakech.
We spent 2x 4 days at Riad Zanouba. It is a well maintained Riad in authentic style. The rooms are clean, the beds good and the breakfast is adequate and varied and is well taken care of by 2 friendly staff. Dinner in the evening is also possible at this Riad.
Mohamed is a very friendly manager and no question is too much for him.
He made sure that our transport to Essaouiara was well arranged, when the driver of Travelcompany forgot to pick us up. For the return trip to the airport he had arranged private transport , which went well.
Mohamed even made sure that my walker, which came out of the plane damaged, was repaired by him himself, so that I could use it again.
The Riad is a bit in an alley afterwards, but once you know your way around, this soon feels familiar.
Many sights can be reached on foot due to the central location of the Riad , even for me with my walker.
There were also a few minuses, the toilet was a bit loose on the floor, probably this is caused by the irregular floors. When you shower second, it sometimes happens that you have cold water.
Furthermore, our stay at Riad Zanouba was very pleasant and relaxed.
It is therefore very definitely worth repeating to stay here again.
