Friendliest staff

Our stay here last August was very pleasant. The service was quality and simple without any complications. The staff were all so friendly and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend for a great affordable place to stay in good proximity to airport and the city by bus or taxi.

The staff are the real stars of this gem that sits close to bus and air terminals

This hotel suits our needs very well. The cleanliness, good shower, good wifi, superb breakfast (including a box lunch for early departures), location, and other amenities are present. What sets in a high rating for us is the sincere dedication of the staff. On one of our stays, they arranged our transport away from Yangon and, on our return late in the evening a week later, a different shift handed us our transportation arrangements for the following morning, including bus tickets and an arranged taxi at a fixed price. By the time we leave Myanmar this trip, we will have stayed at High Five 4 times and will look forward to future visits.

Exellent service and flexible check-in time.

I stayed at High Five hotel for fully 24 hours. I walked in there in the morning hoping if they can give me a room as it was too early to check in. Check in was fast and everything was quite good. The foods are not very expensive despite being a hotel. You should choose this hotel if you need to catch flight or bus.

Conveniently located close to RGN airport

Room was clean and secure. Hot water/shower available you just need to remember to turn the water heater on 10-15 mins before you need it.
Smell of smoking in the room (despite no smoking signs everywhere) but cleared when we opened the window.
Beware that there are no lifts to the upper floors but staff are more than willing (and able) to carry your luggage to/from your room.
Ate in the restaurant (next to reception) and food acceptable and reasonably priced.
Hotel organised early morning taxi to airport (5000kyat) and packed us a take away breakfast (water, sandwich, hard boiled egg, cake) which we ate at the airport as we left before breakfast time.
Staff very good and happy to recommend if you are looking for a convenient hotel near to the airport.

Very clean, quiet and efficient

I needed a one night hotel near the airport as I was coming in at midnight and leaving to Inle Lake at 8am. Arriving from the airport the staff were so warm, friendly and efficient. I was in my large, clean, well appointed room 10 minutes after arriving. They asked all the right questions: do you need a wake up call, a packed breakfast for the early flight, a taxi. They offered advice about payments, time I would need in the airport. WiFi was great. Electric kettle in working order. Plenty of sockets for charging. Table for working or eating. Reaaonsble mini bar. Good location should one want a mini market.
