Perfect hotel with a very friendly price
I was there several days after having finished the reconnaissance for the Peaks of the Andes rally. I planed to stay there one day but I ended up staying there a week.
It is not a 4 start hotel, defninteley. Mainly because of the price and it does not have the luxurious aura. But is has everything, friendly staff, a very large room, a rooftop terrace with swimming pool and possibility for breakfast outside (poor breakfast but what can you expect for the price). And the location is perfect.

Great location, but theft in the room and unacceptable lack of professionalism
Title: Great location, but theft in the room and unacceptable lack of professionalism
Positive points:
• Hotel generally clean
• Check-in reception was correct
• Room cleanliness was satisfactory
• Excellent geographical location
Negative points:
•. Hotel feels a bit old-fashioned
• Theft of cash directly from my belongings, committed by staff in my room
• After immediately reporting the issue at the reception and asking for compensation, no appropriate attitude or serious follow-up
• Management hid behind a so-called “statute of limitations”, even though the incident was reported on time
• Obvious protection and cover-up of the faulty staff, with no regard for the seriousness of the offence
• Offer to check the surveillance cameras, even though it is clear they were never reviewed, as if they thought I might have spent the money elsewhere
• Attitude showing extreme incompetence and a huge lack of professionalism
Advice to future guests:
I feel compelled to give the lowest possible rating, because nothing is worse than theft and the breach of trust between a guest and hotel management. I strongly advise against this property: there are very nice hotels all around, equally well located and at equally affordable rates. Sometimes, the photos do not do justice to the other options available.
I also want to warn anyone considering staying here: be aware that staff go through your belongings. This is an intrusion and a clear violation of your private space, all the more unacceptable as no viable solution was sought, either for the guest or for the establishment, and no action was taken after the offence.
Please also note that this is an international clientele, who are unlikely to return, and management seems to be counting on that. So be careful.

noise street impossible to rest
The main problems with this hotel are the lack of air conditioning, poor soundproofing, and an old television with very bad sound quality. Despite being advertised as a four-star hotel, the rooms do not have air conditioning, the windows are not soundproof, and constant noise from the street makes it difficult to rest.
The TV is outdated, and the audio quality is poor and distorted, making it unpleasant to use.
Overall, the room felt old and poorly maintained, with furniture that does not meet four-star standards. Breakfast was basic and limited. While the staff were polite, the experience was closer to a three-star hotel at best . I would not recommend this hotel to travelers expecting comfort, quiet, and modern facilities in Lima.

Hotel 4 ☆vintage
The hotel is ideally located in the Miraflores district, close to Berlin Street with its bars and restaurants, with plenty of nightlife. From its decoration you can see that it has had a good past in the 70s, the room is spacious, but its details are vintage. They serve a complimentary breakfast on the terrace, which seems like a sum.

BOULEVARD HOTEL
THE HOTEL STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL AND ATTENTIVE. THE LOCATION IS EXCEPTIONAL, AS IT IS CLOSE TO THE COSTANERA, KENNEDY SQUARE, MERCADO INKA ETC... AND, TO MAKE IT EASIER, TRANSPORT FROM THE AIRPORT BY AIRPORT EXPRESS " MAKES COMING TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT EXTREMELY EASIER.
