Family-owned hostel

Brabant Hostel in Nasca is a good option for accommodation in the area. It is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stations and a block away from the main plaza. It is right next to an affordable restaurant.
Our room was quite spacious. We were upgraded to a 2-bed unit; and provided hot water for coffee upon request.
The hostel is family-owned/operated. We've met Paulino, Tula, Arlan, and the rest of the family.

Good place to explore Nazca

Brabant Hostel is a family run hostel. They are very friendly. The hostel is very well located, very close to Plaza de las Armas and 10min walking from the bus station. They help you organize your visits (Nazca lines, Cementerio de Chauchilla...) and also if you have early or late checkins or outs (they store your luggage).
Rooms are comfortable.

Great value for money

My girlfriend and I stayed here on a one night stay in Nasca.
We paid for a private room which was <£1 more expensive than a dorm on Hostelworld, and the room was basic with two beds, but it was spacious enough to lay our bags out. The room also came with a fan which was a big plus for us as Nasca was hot in October.
The family who own the hostel are very friendly and accommodating, and they are happy to help with any queries you may have. We didn’t book any tours through them but this is an option.
It does feel a little strange that the kids are walking round (it is their home after all) but we didn’t mind this in the slightest. In fact we found that we were playing with the children when we had some time to waste before our night bus.
The family let us use their facilities and their hostel as a base for many hours, as our night bus was at 10pm.
It would have been a 5 star review however the water stopped working completely while we were there, and we couldn’t shower until the following day.
Overall this is great value for money and I would recommend people stay here for a one night stop over in Nasca.

Mixed

Mixed thoughts on our stay here. It’s well located and well priced, the staff are also quite nice even offering a free upgrade from a dorm to a double room which was comfortable. However, it’s very awkward. The family who I presume own the place use the reception/seating area as their living room so you can’t really use it. That also happens to be the only place where the WiFi works. The bathroom was dirty with the lukewarm showers really unpleasant to use. There’s no breakfast included and the lack of English or knowledge of Nazca make any information you ask for more of a hindrance than a help. We also had our private room door opened twice, once during the night, to have one of the staff peer in before quickly shutting the door again - very strange.

Good value for money

Staying with Javier was absolutely lovely. Our rooms were spotless, hot showers, a generous s/7 breakfast spread ( with FRESH OJ!!), great cheap restaurant recommendations. If you're traveling on a budget, you'll be happy here. It's a little dark in reception, but the roof has a lovely terrace and strong wifi. Only down side, was no kitchen to cook yourself- but fresh cheap restaurants are a plenty.
Both he, and the receptionist were lovely. Their English may be basic, but you are in rural Peru where fluent English is hard to come by. You should know basic Spanish in a Spanish speaking continent ( or maybe have a Spanish dictionary handy).
We loved it.
