It's good located near Ayala Mall but the building is so poor construction, no mantenaince. The door of rooms are so damage, the towels smell, no empotry or you need to take off the bed to charge the cellphone.

Shitty because the map location doesn't take you to a hotel. You ened up in a private residental community. No way to contact the hotel for customers or Trip.com.
